Samson Effiong graduated from University of Uyo, with a Bachelor Degree and also Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. He has extensive and over 19 years experience operational in various industries ranging from oil & gas (Imperial Oil, Shell Canada, and Canadian Natural), and information technology (Nigeria LNG). He has also ventured into many business opportunities successfully. He is a member of the board of Directors of Seol Energy Inc.

Giovanni Defrancesco 

Project Manager

Mr. Giovanni DeFrancesco is a Project Manager with over 40 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked for corporations ranging from growth orientated junior producers to midsize producers with increasing responsibility in technical, supervisory, corporate and management functions. For the past ten years, Mr. DeFrancesco has been providing well optimization, reservoir analysis, project economics and identification of bypassed pay opportunities for Veracity clients. During the prior 10 years Mr. DeFrancesco served in a variety of senior corporate roles including President and CEO of one public and one private junior energy company. In these roles he managed all the engineering, managerial and corporate aspects of the company, including coordination of production operations, drilling, completions, reservoir engineering and budget forecasting. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. DeFrancesco held the positions of Vice President of Operations at two junior public oil and gas companies and from 1989 to 1994 he held the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at a senior public exploration and production company.
